KUA Crews Ready to Move in After Ernesto

KISSIMMEE, Fla., August 30, 8:00 a.m. – As the first feeder bands from Tropical Storm Ernesto arrive in Central Florida this morning, all Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA) employees are available and ready to restore power. KUA also has lined up additional outside crews in case they are needed to help restore electricity.

No power outages were reported by the utility overnight and this morning.

Customers who experience a power outage today are asked to call the utility’s 24-hour outage line at 407-933-7777.

KUA will post regular updates related to power outages and restoration at www.kua.com. Customers can also check local media outlets for additional information.
