KUA Expands Call Center Hours

KISSIMMEE, Fla., September 8, 2008 – Kissimmee Utility Authority has expanded the hours of its customer call center, giving customers an additional five hours to contact the utility in the evening.

The call center is now open from 7 a.m. – 11 p.m., Monday–Friday. The call center can be reached at (407) 933-9800.

The utility’s call center averages more than 33,000 calls from customers each month.

Founded in 1901, KUA (www.kua.com) is Florida’s sixth largest community-owned utility providing electric and telecommunication services to 170,000 residents in five Central Florida counties.
