KISSIMMEE, Fla., February 11, 2015 – Kissimmee Utility Authority, in partnership with the City of Kissimmee, will host a free Movie in the Park event on Friday, March 6 on the civic lawn of Kissimmee’s Lakefront Park.

The event will feature Disney’s animated superhero comedy film “Big Hero 6,” shown on a giant 14-foot LED screen. The movie will feature closed captioning for the hearing impaired.

Attendees will enjoy free admission, free popcorn, kid’s inflatable fun zone, trivia contest, prize giveaways and a dance party.

Through hands-on demonstrations, the event will also be an opportunity for customers to learn how to lower their monthly utility bills.

Activities begin at 6 p.m., followed by the movie at 7 p.m. Bring a lawn chair, blanket and a picnic dinner, too.

This will be the final Movie in the Park event of the season with a new series beginning in October.

Founded in 1901, KUA (www.kua.com) is Florida’s sixth largest community-owned utility powering 67,000 customers in Osceola County, Fla.
