KUA to Speak at Utility Technology Conference

KISSIMMEE, Fla., May 10, 3:30 p.m. – Jef Gray, vice president of information technology at Kissimmee Utility Authority, will speak at the Primen 2005 Outlook Conference on Friday, May 13, 2005 at the St. Julien Hotel in Boulder, Colo. Gray’s presentation will begin at 8:30 a.m. MST.

The Primen conference brings together industry leaders from across the nation to address key topics including demand response, dynamic pricing, energy efficiency programs and customer satisfaction.

Gray will provide an overview of KUA’s use of technology to enhance customer service, including customer service chat, automated cash bill payment centers and web-based billing and payment.
