KISSIMMEE, Fla., August 25, 2008 – Kissimmee Utility Authority’s customer service center is closed until further notice.
Law enforcement officials have blocked access to the facility in an attempt to locate an armed stalking suspect who is hiding in the woods near the intersection of Thacker Avenue and Carroll Street, adjacent to the utility facilities located at 1701 W. Carroll Street in Kissimmee.
Customers wishing to make a bill payment can do so through the utility’s automated telephone service, online at www.kua.com or at any area Amscot Financial or 7-Eleven location.
