Two KUA Employees Earn International Designation

KISSIMMEE, Fla., August 17, 2016 – Kissimmee Utility Authority write off and bankruptcy specialist LeeAnn Dorsey and collections analyst Yarismar Rosa have earned the Scholar designation from ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals.

The lifelong designation is among the highest achievement in the credit and collections industry, and is awarded to individuals who have completed 18 professional development units (PDUs) of ongoing education on professional and ethical collection practices.

All recipients will be recognized in Collector Magazine and at ACA’s national convention.
