KUA Releases Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

KISSIMMEE, Fla., April 30, 2007 – Kissimmee Utility Authority’s annual customer satisfaction survey for 2007 showed an overall satisfaction rate of 85 percent among residential customers, up 14 percentage points from 2006.
