KISSIMMEE, Fla., March 28, 2019 – Kissimmee Utility Authority, in partnership with the City of Kissimmee, will host its final Movie in the Park of the season on Friday, April 5 on the veterans lawn of Kissimmee Lakefront Park.

The event will feature the Disney animated musical adventure film “Moana,” shown on a giant 32-foot screen. The movie will feature closed captioning for the deaf and hard-of-hearing.

Attendees will enjoy free admission, themed activities, a Polynesian craft tent, free popcorn, trivia contest, and prize giveaways.

Through hands-on demonstrations, the event will also be an opportunity for customers to learn how to lower their monthly electric bills.

Activities begin at 5:00 p.m., followed by the movie at 7:45 p.m. (later because of the recent time change). Participants are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket.

The Food Truck Rodeo will be held nearby, featuring some of Central Florida’s best food trucks.
