The KUA board will interview the candidates at a public meeting at 4:00 pm on June 10. The board will then select one candidate whose name will go before the Kissimmee City Commission on June 29 for final confirmation.
The candidate confirmed by the City Commission will be sworn in at the board’s October meeting and serve until September 30, 2009.

Founded in 1901, KUA is Florida’s sixth largest community-owned utility providing electric, water, and telecommunication services to 170,000 residents in five Central Florida counties.
