
KUA’s Cost of Power & Conservation Adjustment (COPCA) charge for June 2001 reached a record high of $23.69 per 1,000 kilowatt-hours. Customer bills in October include a COPCA charge of just $7.76 per 1,000 kilowatt-hours — a rate that is projected to drop even lower in future months.
