The relocation will accommodate future expansion of the Reunion Resort & Club of Orlando and potential widening of County Road 545.
Construction begins this month and is slated to be completed in early April.
As co-owners of the pipeline, Florida Municipal Power Agency will be responsible for 50 percent of the total relocation cost.
Founded in 1901, KUA is Florida’s sixth largest community-owned utility providing electric, water, and telecommunication services to 170,000 residents in five Central Florida counties.
