KISSIMMEE, Fla., November 13, 2012 – The Kissimmee Utility Authority board of directors on Nov. 7 held its annual election of officers.
Kissimmee attorney Fred Cumbie was re-elected chairman of the five-member board. In addition, the board elected:
Vice chairman: Reginald Hardee
Secretary: Dr. George Gant
Assistant Secretary: Kathleen Thacker
Director: Jeanne Van Meter
Fred Cumbie is president of the law firm Overstreet, Miles, Ritch, Cumbie & Finkenbinder, P.A., and holds degrees from Florida State University College of Law and the University of South Florida. He is a 40-year resident of Osceola County.
