KISSIMMEE, Fla., September 7, 2017 – In anticipation of a potential impact from Hurricane Irma this weekend, Kissimmee Utility Authority has announced the closure of its customer service center on Monday to all walk-in customers.
The utility’s call center will operate normal hours on Monday, from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m., to accommodate utility payments, payment arrangements, new service requests and service terminations. The call center number is 407-933-9800.
Customers should report outages to the utility’s automated outage reporting system at 407-933-9898.
