KISSIMMEE, Fla., October 6, 2016 – Kissimmee Utility Authority’s customer service center will close for normal business at 3:30 p.m. today and all day Friday in anticipation of a significant impact from Hurricane Matthew.
During this time, utility payments, payment arrangements, new service requests and service terminations will not be accepted in our lobby or through our call center to allow our employees to focus on power restoration. Customers will not be disconnected due to nonpayment during the storm.
Our call center will remain open 24 hours a day to receive calls regarding power outages. Customers can report outages to our main number 407-933-7777 or automated outage reporting system at 407-933-9898.
