KISSIMMEE, Fla., October 23, 2017 – Kissimmee Utility Authority, in partnership with the City of Kissimmee, will host a free Movie in the Park event on Friday, November 3 on the civic lawn of Kissimmee’s Lakefront Park.
The event will feature the animated musical comedy film “Trolls,” shown on a giant 32-foot screen. The movie will feature closed captioning for the hearing impaired.
Attendees will enjoy free popcorn, a kid’s inflatable fun zone, a craft station, trivia contest and prize giveaways.
Through hands-on demonstrations, the event will also be an opportunity for customers to learn how to lower their monthly utility bills.
Activities begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by the movie at 7 p.m. Participants are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket and a picnic-style dinner.
More than 13,000 residents attended last year’s Movie in the Park series.
