KISSIMMEE, Fla., February 27, 2:00 p.m. – Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA) has partnered with the Osceola County Supervisor of Elections to host a voter registration drive from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, March 3, at the utility’s customer service center in Kissimmee.
In addition to voter registration, representatives from the elections office will educate citizens on the importance of being engaged in the political process.
“We’re providing this as a service to our customers and to the community as a whole,” said KUA president and general manager Jim Welsh. “Regardless of party affiliation or views on the issues, we encourage everyone to participate in our democratic process.”
Primary elections in Osceola County will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 5. The general election will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 7.
