
KISSIMMEE, Fla., October 17, 2007 – In an effort to enhance customer convenience, the Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA) has announced the expansion of its hours of operation, effective Monday, Oct. 22.
The utility’s customer service center and call center will be open from 7 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday-Friday. This expands by 90 minutes the utility’s daily hours of operation.
The expanded hours are part of a plan announced by the utility in September to ensure continued high levels of customer service during a period of unprecedented customer growth.
Customers wishing to make a bill payment can also do so through the utility’s automated telephone service (407-933-7777), online at www.kua.com or at a Vcom kiosk at any area 7-Eleven convenience store.
