• Pay Your Bill at Amscot - Utility payments can be made using cash only. The normal $1.00 transaction fee charged by Amscot will be paid by the utility, so there is no charge to the customer for this convenience. Amscot Financial has nine locations in Osceola County and 32 locations in Orange County. All Amscot locations are open seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. • KUA's Carroll St. facility is open for walk-in payments from 7:00 AM till 6:00 PM weekdays excluding holidays.
• Payment Deposit Box - Customers can also use the payment deposit box 24-hours a day located at 1701 W. Carroll St. in Kissimmee.
