KUA Community Events Calendar – KUA partners with the community by sponsoring and attending various community events.
Movie in the Park – Held on the first Friday of every month, from October through March, the movie is shown on a giant 50-foot screen. Attendees enjoy KUA’s inflatable Kids Power Zone, a craft station, free popcorn, prize giveaways, and a free photo booth.
Annual Calendar of Electric Safety & Energy Conservation – Each year, KUA produces the Calendar of Electric Safety and Energy Conservation. The Calendar is made up of winning art entries submitted by local grade school students.
KUA’s Good Neighbor Fund – Learn about how the Good Neighbor Fund can help others pay their electric bill in a time of need.
KUA Internships – Local high school students can apply for a KUA internship through our partner, CareerSource of Central Florida.
Community Connect – KUA’s bi-annual community engagement meet and greet event hosted at the utility in the fall and spring.
KUA Scholarships – Apply for one of our scholarships through the Education Foundation of Osceola County. Open to graduating high school seniors who live in Osceola County, reside in KUA’s service territory, and have completed volunteer hours.
Request the Big Grill – KUA offers a grill FREE of charge to schools, churches, nonprofits, and community organizations within our service territory in Kissimmee.
