Ethel Urbina joined the board in 2013. She is a real estate broker and owner of Mercedes Investments, LLC in Kissimmee. Urbina is a former AT&T executive with 27 years of service in the U.S., Nicaragua and Puerto Rico. She also worked for the government of Nicaragua for six years.
