Overview
The KUA Board of Directors honors former board member, Ethel Urbina, by awarding this scholarship to a student in good academic standing and who has demonstrated service to their community and resides in the KUA service territory
Qualifications
- Applicant must be an Osceola County student or resident.
- Applicant must be a graduating senior.
- Applicant must reside in the Kissimmee Utility Authority service area.
- Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 unweighted GPA.
- Applicant must have a minimum of 100 volunteer hours.
- Applicant must plan to attend an accredited college, university of technical school.
