Overview
The KUA Board of Directors honors Dr. George Gant – someone who has done wonderful work as an elected official, head of Osceola’s Health Department, Mayor of Kissimmee, community volunteer and Foundation Board member. This scholarship recognizes a student who has also given back to their community. This is a 4-year $2,500 per year scholarship. This scholarship is administered by the Osceola Education Foundation.
Qualifications
- Applicant must be graduating from high school.
- Applicant must be an Osceola County resident.
- Applicant must be currently residing in the KUA service territory.
- Applicant must have completed volunteer hours in high school.
