The Big Grill is a trailer-mounted barbecue unit featuring 40 square feet of cooking surface and powered by twin 40-pound propane tanks.
Kissimmee Utility Authority proudly offers this grill free of charge to schools, churches, nonprofit organizations, and community groups within our service territory.
To make your event even easier, KUA will deliver and pick up the grill and provide the propane at no cost. And when the cooking is done, there’s no need to worry about cleanup; our team will take care of that, too.

How to Reserve The Big Grill
1. Verify eligibility: Once you’ve confirmed your date is available, ensure your organization is located within the KUA service territory by reviewing our Service Area Map.
2. Complete and notarize the waiver: Fill out the Community Grill Waiver of Liability and have it notarized.
3. Provide proof of insurance: Obtain a Certificate of Liability Insurance from your insurance provider listing Kissimmee Utility Authority as an additional insured certificate holder, with a minimum coverage limit of $1,000,000.
4. Submit your request: Complete the Grill Request Form and upload both the notarized waiver (Step 2) and the certificate of insurance (Step 3) to finalize your reservation.
