Commercial lighting upgrades, retrofits, and replacements must prove a 50% reduction or greater. Proof of purchase, receipts for equipment, and installation are required. Complete and submit a KUA Commercial Lighting Application and provide a Lighting Measurement and Verification Wattage Analysis Sheet (M&V) for KUA review and approval before installation.
