How do I check my balance or usage?
You can manage your account through KUA’s online portal at my.kua.com. Customers are encouraged to sign up for usage and balance alerts to stay up to date with their accounts.

Can I set up automatic replenishment for my e-FlexPay account balance?
KUA is currently unable to support the automatic account replenishment. However, customers can schedule one-time payments in advance.
Is there a fee to make payments?
Yes, processing fees apply when making credit or debit card payments. To avoid these fees, KUA recommends using the ACH payment option available throughout all of our self-service channels, which requires the routing and account numbers associated with your bank account.
This program isn’t working for me, can I unenroll?
Yes, you may return to traditional billing, subject to certain conditions. If you leave the program, you will not be eligible to re-enroll for 12 months.
How is my daily energy consumption charge calculated?
e-FlexPay tracks your daily electric usage based on your actual meter readings. To calculate the daily cost, it uses an estimated rate for each kilowatt-hour (kWh). This estimated rate includes KUA’s residential kWh rate, fuel adjustment, and all associated taxes and transfers.
What is a Reconciliation transaction?
Each month, KUA reviews the actual cost based on your billing cycle and compares it to what was charged using the estimated usage rate, along with fixed charges. The difference is added to, or deducted from, your available prepay balance as a “Reconciliation” transaction.
What is a Usage adjustment?
Customers who use less than 1,000 kWh in a billing cycle will receive a ‘Usage Adjustment’ increasing their available prepay balance.
Can I pay off my Balance Recovery amount?
When you have an amount in Balance Recovery, 30% of every payment is automatically applied to pay down the outstanding balance. If you would like to have the rest of your payment applied towards your Balance Recovery amount, or to make a lump sum payment, please contact our customer service center at 407-933-9800 for additional assistance.
