Requirements for In-home Audit
- Account Holder Presence Required – The authorized account holder must be present during the audit.
- Rental Property Authorization – For rental properties, written or verbal authorization from the property owner or landlord must be submitted to Kissimmee Utility Authority prior to the audit.
- Limited Support Without Authorization – If authorization is not provided, our team can only offer verbal tips and suggestions. No written documentation will be issued.
- Audit Duration and Format – The in-home audit includes a walkthrough and interview with the homeowner. It typically lasts a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Scheduled Arrival Times – Auditors will arrive promptly at either 9:00 AM or 1:00 PM, based on your scheduled appointment time.
- Email Accuracy Matters – Please ensure your email address is correct, as your personalized audit report will be sent electronically.
- Missed Appointments – If you miss your scheduled audit, it must be rescheduled. Availability may be limited, and delays of several weeks are possible.

**Submitting the Form: After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirmation that the above information was sent to KUA’s Customer Service Center for processing.
