KISSIMMEE — In anticipation of a potential impact from Tropical Storm Nicole, Kissimmee Utility Authority’s Customer Service Center will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, Nov. 10, and will remain closed on Friday, November 11, in observance of Veterans Day.

On Thursday, Nov. 10, the utility’s call center will continue to operate during normal business hours from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m., to accommodate utility payments and other services. Customers can also use the chat feature on kua.com and make payments and manage their account at my.kua.com.

Customers who experience a power outage can report it quickly by texting the word “out,” to 877-582-7700; This is the fastest way to notify KUA about an outage.
