Our customer portal, www.my.kua.com, has a new feature that can help you save money. You can now view your consumption in dollars and cents as well as kilowatt-hours of electricity.

Dollars and cents is a language everyone understands!

You can also set up text and/or email alerts once you reach a certain dollar amount threshold of energy use. Simply navigate to the “alerts” section of the top menu and click on “add.”

Information is displayed in time increments as low as 15 minutes, so you can get a better understanding of how your electric bill may be affected when using large appliances, such as your heating or air conditioning systems.

The portal was introduced last year to give you better information about your energy usage. It empowers you to manage your KUA services through a comprehensive set of tools in a user-friendly dashboard. 

You can use the portal to view and pay bills, along with enhancements such as the ability to start, stop and transfer service, make and view payment arrangements and go paperless.

The portal helps you take complete control of your energy use through tools to help you stay on budget, such as setting up high usage alert notifications and creating historical markers to track how energy efficiency upgrades impact your bill. 

The portal is accessible from all desktop and mobile devices and can be accessed in several languages through a translation tool. The portal’s tools give you several convenient options that automate many aspects of your KUA service.
