Documents Needed:

  • Proof of ownership which may include:
    Settlement Statement/ Warranty Deed / Purchase Contract
    OR –
  • Lease from Owner that includes:
    List of all occupants over the age of 18
    Commercial Properties: Utility Service Business Application must be completed
    OR –
  • Property Management Agreement or Power of Attorney signed by the owner
  • Two forms of identification: one must be a government issued photo identification
    (Driver’s License, Alien Registration Card, Passport)
  • All applicants for utility service are required to post a deposit based on a credit check
