KISSIMMEE — In anticipation of a potential impact from Hurricane Idalia, Kissimmee Utility Authority’s Customer Service Center will open at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 30.

The utility’s call center will continue to operate during normal business hours on Wednesday, from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m., to accommodate utility payments and other services. Customers can also make payments and manage their account at my.kua.com, and contact us via chat at kua.com and email at [email protected].

The utility is currently operating at Alert Level 4 and will advance to Alert Level 5 once the storm is within 12 hours of impacting its 85-square mile service territory in Osceola County. Customers who experience a power outage can report it quickly by texting the word “out,” to 877-582-7700. This is the fastest way to notify KUA about an outage.
