KISSIMMEE—Kissimmee Utility Authority’s Customer Service Center will be re-open tomorrow, Friday, Sept. 27 with normal business hours from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m., as most storm activity from Hurricane Helene will have left the service territory.

Customers who experience a power outage can report it quickly by texting the word “out,” to 877-582-7700. This is the fastest way to notify KUA about an outage. Be alert for power lines that may be hard to see in streams or puddles. Call KUA at 407-933-9800 to report a downed power line.
